Hamaoka explains that all of her success has come through human connections and trust. She began her career in Osaka as a model, actress, and cooking TV personality during her teenage years. Using the network she built in the entertainment industry, she founded her first talent agency and later opened a members-only restaurant.
Because her family also had strong connections in political and business circles, her business quickly expanded. She eventually moved operations to Tokyo and later inherited and expanded her grandfather’s regenerative medicine business, opening beauty salons and medical-related ventures in areas such as Minato and Shibuya.
Impact of COVID-19
Although her businesses were growing steadily, the COVID-19 pandemic caused severe financial losses. Many salons closed, and the medical business also suffered. During this difficult period, she survived through e-commerce operations and cryptocurrency investments managed overseas.
This experience motivated her to study finance intensively. She spent six months studying financial systems for around 10 hours a day and realized that financial literacy in Japan was very low. As a result, she now focuses on educating people about cryptocurrency and financial knowledge through seminars and online communities.
Philosophy on Human Relationships
Hamaoka emphasizes that trust and relationships are more valuable than money. She believes genuine human connections are essential for business success and personal security.
She says that in today’s SNS-driven society, many relationships are shallow, which can contribute to scams and social problems. Instead, she values “deep relationships” built through direct communication, shared experiences, and mutual support.
To foster these relationships, she hosts monthly networking events called “Hamachii-kai” and free cryptocurrency study sessions.
Views on Cryptocurrency and Japan’s Future
Hamaoka argues that relying only on the Japanese yen and traditional banking is no longer enough in the modern economy. She believes cryptocurrencies will become increasingly important globally and wants more Japanese people to understand them properly.
Her goal is to improve financial literacy so that Japanese citizens can protect their wealth and help restore Japan’s economic strength.
Future Plans
CTeam transitioned into a holding company structure in 2026 to strengthen management across its various businesses.
Her future goals include:
Raising the value of entertainment and art in Japan
Creating platforms that combine AI talent with human performers
Expanding regenerative medicine and preventive healthcare
Promoting NK exosome therapies for cancer and aging research
Supporting pet healthcare using regenerative medicine
Making regenerative medicine more affordable and eventually covered by insurance
She is also producing a Hollywood-related film project to spread awareness of Japanese technological innovation and cryptocurrency culture worldwide.
